Did things ever turn around? Whenever I play here I keep telling myself its all in my head but things never seem to get better

Its rigged in some way or another..How it is i cant tell but i suspect software acts on the players involved pf and from there deals the flop with the spare cards.

Checking my db about 20% of my weeks have been above/at EV, I play on bovada and am down around 2k sports betting in the last two weeks (only like 8 units though) so I hope bovada gives me a boost soon ^^

To be fair my first 4 months were pretty much all xxx over ev though, overall still under sightly something like 25bi

I've sworn off bovada 2-3 times, usually the next day I feel stupid and play anyways. Variance is a bitch, I think there's a hyper turbo player who's like -300 on the year

i dont play msnl, nor am I playing professionally but I also play my couple 100k hands a year. I play poker since 2005 and there was not a single year where i run above EV over the year and i did doubt the integrity so often. Since i can be a tilt-monkey so fast, I had to look for ways to help my mental game.

What actually helped me alot, was starting every year (or twice even within the year) with a fresh HEM-database and cashing out everything but the money I need for my current Limit... Can help find focus again, just saying...

isnt aiev completely pointless ? u can run like dog **** in all-in spots but the same time run like jesus, for example u lose aa vs kk but u could be getting aa vs kk (or sets over sets etc) much more often than its statistically plausible and the fact u are coolering people wont show on ev graph

Oh yeh , it's pretty useless. You can run 150 below ev on your all ins and not even run bad.

now imagine u get top set vs set every single hand, but u win only 70% of them, ev graph will show that you are unluckiest person in the world but can u really say that when u get set over set so many times? thats extreme example but now imagine during that 300k hand sample u had 200 more that its statistically plausible sets over sets or any other coolers and you won most of them how u should, bam theres ur 150bi u shouldnt have while ur ev graph doesnt show any of that.

It's not useless, just incomplete information if you are trying to determine how lucky/unlucky you are solely using AIev.

Yes the only reason why I can't quit the account is because if I am not being cheated , this line should even out , and I should be on a heater of all heaters.

EV only takes into consideration a tiny part of variance IMO...

Playing style can def effect it a ton. If you're never shipping stacks in until the river usualy. EV wont bounce up and down that much..

Plus I think i run slightly below, at, or above ev. But there are other ways to runbad,

Example like you flop a set, and get over setted too frequently often (maybe this happens only like once ever X times but its happening to you way way more often). You'l get your $ in always and be way behind. Then all of a sudden after getting in 20 times being a dog in set over set situations, then you bink one or two 1 outers. and boom all of a sudden you're way above ev. Does this mean your running good? not necesarily because it doesnt take into calculation that you're always getting set over setted and having the worst set....

I mean this is all just a stretch. If you run all your set over set scenarios like 1000times then the EV obv will even out. But just an example that EV doesnt mean everything. It could be a good indicator of how your running when you go all in before the River. That's it, it doesnt count anything else.

And how often are you all in? not very often, so it doesn't tell you how you're running overall. probably just a fraction of how you're running. It kind of bugs me as well whenever ppl complain about they run so bad and they're XXX below ev, but in actuality they're running so hot in most other spots.

Do you know how many sets over sets , and aces vs kings you have to get to over come this?
