Was my river raise too big? In the moment my first instinct was to make it around 150, but my next thought was if he would call 150 he would most likely call for more. He'd probably wouldn't fold a set, but it seemed fairly unlikely he had one given his small river bet.
Should I have made it around 100 or even less for a higher chance to get looked up by what was most likely AQ?
