2-5 Live in Indiana.

One limp to hero with AKo who opens to 25.
Euro on button 3 bets to 80.
Blinds and limper fold.

Minor bit of history is that we don't think button is overly tight so it's not automatically AA, KK, QQ for 3 bet but it certainly doesn't rule out a premium hand either. Effective stacks are fairly deep ~1000. Your move?

Decided to go less variance route and call.

Dry flop 6-4-4. OOP seems like a check and he fires about pot size - $105.

Your move?

Snap call. Likely 6 live outs and can bet/take it down if he checks the turn.

"Call his stupid C-bet"

not sure what makes it stupid. I expect most good players to continue after a 3 bet.

"Snap call. Likely 6 live outs and can bet/take it down if he checks the turn."

We did call. Turn Queen.

Still a fairly dry board. Think it's still a check here as we have Ace high. Kind of surprised but he checks back. If he bets (say half pot to pot sized) do we fold? Think this is the danger of dry run outs with AK and being out of position.

River Ace.

Your move.

Reraise to 200-240 preflop, fold to reraise.
As played, call Cbet on flop.
Check turn.
Check river and call any reasonable bet. Think there is little value betting there. Kk, qq type of hands would have bet on turn.

checked the ace river. He bets 210. Thought we were bluff catching with the AK. Turns out the guy had AA for top boat.

I think it's a little unlucky the case ace hits the river here. He played his aces a little strangely but ended up getting a good amount of value. If we 4 bet the flop we probably have to fold AK to his likely 5 bet?
