People play different amounts, EC plays 50/100 a game on average, I play 200-400 a game, Zeta does about the same. If combining swaps isn't a thing-that's fine- but it limits the amount of people you're available to swap with. Moreover, for my individual scenario- if this is a rule, so be it. I feel this is important- I posted the swap an hour+ before tip. IMO (and please tell me if I'm out of line), if you post "I want X, will swap," there should be some diligence on your end to either A. post the things you're willing/not willing to swap for, or B. PM/quote a swap you opened yourself up to and tell the other person you'd rather not swap for that/that much. Posting itt 4 hours later as the game is minutes from being over and saying "wow this swap is BS," when nothing would have been said if it lost, is kind of sh*tty imo.

All this being said, I have 0 leg to stand on as I'm new here, and this has already become a "wow jaba scummed you" type of thing. As for numbers I'll count it as Clippers +212 for 100, rather than 200- as I broke a rule and didn't know. Going forward I'll be more diligent in swapping.

i noticed eco usually bets $100-200 wagers. $250 on an EV coinflip spread is certainly not outrageous. to compare a $250 bet on a game compared to a $3k bet on a game is just a horrible analogy.

if i wanted to use several swaps to make a $1000 bet with eco then your point would make sense.

Don't get hung up on an analogy, Zeta. You're missing the point. The point is you can't combine bets for a larger swap. Regardless of the amount and regardless of what someone's normal unit may be. Don't twist this to somehow make what you did seem ok. For someone that's been around for years, it's baffling to me that you think what you did was allowed.

dont inflate the numbers here to try to prove your point..

it was 2.5, not 3. yes if u wanted to use several of your swaps on a single $750 wager then go ahead, as long as its not soemthing i am already on. less wagers for me to tally at the end of the week

There is no combining swaps without approval. That is a rule. A definitive rule itt. I'm making it known now. Don't do it again and expect it to be honored. Forget analogies, Zeta. The point is don't do it.

i enjoy discussions like this. but yeah it would not bother me. since some people do not like having 2.5 units on a game then then i will ask for confirmation before doing such a thing.

also, if i think he initially said "no only $100" and i was ok with it. then he changed his mind and said "fine u can have the full $250".
