1) Do you guys use Pinnacle lines at time of post/book or whatever the lines closed at?
2) If I bet 200 on the favorite at +-150 (vig free line), am I risking 300 to win 200 or risking 200 to win 133.33? And what about vice versa (if I'm betting the dog)?
