Assuming this is after you put in both lines to calculate vig-free lines, Yes you are correct.

i.e. Vig-free line for Yankees is -150 and you took Phillies you'd get +150 Phillies, meaning the opposing person has to risk their base amount x 1.5 against your original base amount.
