i'm having some issues with coral poker on ongame, which should be one of the biggest skins there. they locked my account in wait for document verification, and now that i've sent in a bank statement, passport scan etc, i receive this email:

As I live in Argentina, I have no utility bills in Norway and I have no way of getting one until I move back since they don't accept cell phone bills. Is this normal or should I be worried? I've never heard of anything regarding me not being able to play on any website from Argentina, either.

I think its super unusual (but i could be wrong) for them not to let you cash, even if its means them closing your account for life. My impression with these things is that they usually just refuse your business, but not hold on to your money.

isn't it normal for sites to reject your withdrawals before you've gone through the proper document verification to prove you're who you say you are or whatever? my issue here is that i've sent a scan of my passport and a bank statement and somehow thats not enough, which seems very weird.

I thought it was standard to lock your account until the verification is complete? Either way I wouldn't worry about it but I'd sure be angry that they're being so ridiculous about it. They're not gonna keep your money, you clearly are who you say you are and are not playing from the US. If you can't come up with a more creative solution I'd say just tell your parents to put their electric bill in your name or something.

The Euro skins often ask for a lot of paper verification etc... because of history of fraud, money laundering and stuff (from players).

It's mostly policy to really know it is YOU cashing out, AND that you are not trying to launder money etc... Its for safety.
Most likely, you will be able to sort this out somehow. Worst case, photoshop.
