It's all the same food (processed, bleached white flour w/ sugar or dairy on it), just looks different.
Yeah, giving up this **** was the best decision I made for my mood swings and energy levels ever. Still eating diary though

Yeah well dairy is actually really good for people, it's processing, the pasteurization and homogenization that makes it bad for you.

Maybe. It has a lot of benefits in terms of minerals and nutrition, but it can also affect your hormone levels (it is fuel for baby cows, after all). It's hard to say--and certainly varies by individual--whether or not the benefits outweigh the hormones.

Definitely agree 100% that raw dairy is muuuuuch better than pasturized.

or at least in kinda bad shape give how much free time poker pros have.

Mtt players don't have Alot of free time, they have to play 4-16hr a day with only 5mn breakes. And most of the food has to be delivered to them. I don't know of many healthy choices , that are available for deliveries.

I thought I had a pretty healthy diet but after reading these posts I realize that I fall in the IDGAF part of the eating spectrum. Still in better shape than ~93.50% of people so I guess it's working.

Yeah I'd assume it's pretty hard to eat well if you're grinding MTT's all day. Unless you've got a friend who or something who can cook for you. You could just pre-cook all your meals and microwave them at the breaks.

Cool. I heard most things like guinea pig, squirrel, mice etc. taste similar, like that mild white meat taste. What was yours like?

Speaking of diets and stuff. Robb Wolf (paleo diet expert) was on the Joe Rogan Podcast a couple of days ago.

Worth a listen/watch.
