but surely if the "top" tier room contains mostly recs, then the regs will shift. So it might make a difference in the short to mid-term, but after a point the balance will just shift?
Unless of course they grade the skins in such away that only those with poor bonus schemes for regs are "top tier", but then that seems to be cutting your nose off to spite your face as it'd kill a lot of games off.
having trouble with saving hand histories on ipoker
they all save but they are in XML format and are basically unreadable (i can still get them in sng wizard though) any ideas on how to either store them as standard text documents or to convert the xml files?
The iPoker Network has announced a change in its network policy that will see players divided into separate pools. As of July 1st, all operators will be graded on new monthly performance indicators and then network changes based upon this grading process will be implemented from September 1st.
The iPoker network has announced plans to split the network into two tiers based upon the performance of individual poker rooms. The network will be divided into two “tiers”, the lower tier poker rooms will operate with one pool of players and the top tier rooms will have additional exclusive tables and is expected to contain the mostly recreational poker players...........
what is that going to accomplish exactly? I assume very close to 100% of people that grind on ipoker will just create an account on the "top tier" sites if they don't have one already.
They'd be forced to chose between the weaker player pool and a vip system or a tougher player pool with the high deals available, which would help ipoker to some extent I guess.
Anyone had problems with iPoker today? Client crashed 3/4 times in my session, and auto top up wasn't working at times. Betfred live help saying no other issues have been reported and could only suggest I delete my cookies (lulz) zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
