I used to play on Winner about year ago for few months, did some $5k deposits, withdrawals etc, never had any problem.. Id recommend them.

Many people have had bad experiences there, they're about as shady as Ipoker skins get, would avoid if possible

Bump for page 145 of this thread. Nothing ever got done about this.....please re read and pass over any info you have on these players. I was cheated out of thousands by these people over the course of the 2/3 years I played here. Hills did nothing and all of a sudden the accounts all got closed and nobody received any compensation. Too coincidental.

iv pm'd, it does indeed look like funds are not redistributed. 2 players have said they have been compensated, one for approximately £3000 and another for £150. Millions have been confiscated.

Used to play on iPoker quite a bit... Prob like 4 years, ending Feb 2014. Was a full time grinder for 2 years on the site.

Never saw a cent from iPoker, denied every query I ever sent in.

If you read page 145 - are we talking about the same group of players? Im sure there are loads others before/after these specific SNs got banned.

I think we should all share the names make a comprehensive list and go through our HEMs and tally up what we lost, then send it in.

I dont play FT anymore as I opened a business but have a little bit of time to help here. I emailed WH last night forwarding on the emails from 2011, they responded saying they think the accounts did no wrong but they are open to new evidence. I think they are lying and they confiscated the funds, didnt redistribute to players. I said this in a PM to nikin, but the mere fact 5-6 reported players ALL disappeared on the same day 24/11/11 is absolutely damning.

My problem is I had my William hill account closed for no other reason than winning one session booking a 75k win triggered a security check after playing on account for apx 5 years with no problems.There security department stone walled for weeks until iI consulted legal advice at cost to myself and gave warning of impending court proceeding to recover legally won funds.

They paid and closed account!

I also have very little hands now from HEM 1 due to not backing up and PC upgrades.
Pokerstars is the only Network I have received any kind of refund for shady behavior.

The UK gaming commission have rejected access to redistributed funds data (predictable) under the freedom of information act. Will exhaust complaints procedure before contacting ombudsman.

We are trying to make a plan now, anyone that wants to get involved send a pm. We wont be giving out too much information publicly as it will likely hurt any case.
