any1 who plays at ipoker please speak to your skin's live support. make them aware of the thread in NVG/internet poker, explain that WH is allowing the use of bots, and the fact its been proven that there are various bots beating MSNL+ and taking hundreds of thousand's out the poker community each year.

i've already spoke with a guy @ betfred who seemed genuinley shocked at the fact bots were allowed through william hill. all the info i gave him is being passed to management at betfred.

the more complaints each skin get the more chance that something eventually gets done

Read my post in the NVG thread. AFAIK and according to the T&C's Will Hill dont put the bots in the poker room, its for the skill games section of the site. There are bots on ipoker though and they need removing, so I agree with people speaking to support and getting them to do something about it, but you are misleading people here saying Hills puts them there imo.

WH doesn't put bots on iPoker, there's close to 0% chance of that being the case.

I also don't think they let the bots go undisturbed on purpose. It's probably a lot simpler than that. Their security team completely blows beyond belief and they're incapable of detecting bots, even when these are pointed out to them.

WH, Betfred etc...are huge companies for which poker is only a fraction of revenues, so it's actually pretty likely that their security team doesn't know the first thing about poker and how to looks for bots/collusion, etc...

But they can't say that so they just keep saying that everything is ok, and since upper management isn't aware of the whole issue, they aren't doing what they're supposed to do, ie firing all the idiots working in their security department and hiring specialized poker security.

With the NVG thread going pretty strongly (don't forget to bump regularly with posts of outrage), this could be about to change.

post of outrage don't really help our cause much imo. those that play the games need to email their skins with names of suspect accounts.

I don't know...been doing this for a long time and it hasn't done any good.
The only thing that got them to come here and take notice was the NVG thread.

A rep hit is much more valuable to them than a reg's complaints, especially since most keep playing despite nothing being done.

I think they just suck at security and need to get new people on the job, period.
Flaming them in NVG could help with that, doesn't mean you can't email them with suspect names as well.

probably old key still in your windows registry. it's a bit hard to explain without pictures but if you type regedit in "Run.." and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->Software and see if MMM exists there if so delete it. I'd do it in this order: Uninstall MMM->See registry and delete->Install MMM

spoke with suppport about this a few times and say it has nothing to do with me being a winning player but just the fact that they their financial department is backed up withdrawals and is the cause of the delay. they also have told me that some people have been away from the office that handle withdrawals which also has added to the delay. this sounds like a bunch of bs to me. they keep telling me not to worry and that my money will be cashed out in a few days but it is now approaching 3 weeks when i initially requested my withdrawal. i guess my anxiety will calm down when i get my cashout but for the time being still a little concerned.

Ok I know this has been discussed before albeit briefly but alot of it was done b4 I started to play on ipoker seriously therefore I want to investigate it further.

Players: carrycarrie3/beckyrebecca/catherine0/margartey0 and countless others are all from China specifically a place called guangzhou - which I believe is a big place. Their names are all of a similar style and they are all bumhunting the same fish. They only tend to get involved in pots together when its pretty obvious they cant fold and tbh it all looks like showboating for the suspicious people like me. A couple of them have China/guangzhou as their locations with the exact same lettering, others just have China. There are also a few others who play lower who all speak in the same way have odd looking names and when a fish busts - particualrly a very chatty one - they all do the same thing (++++++++ then the last numbers of the fish name, so +++++5678 for ex). Those ones also appear to be from China, as I have seen them type in Chinese and use a strange looking ? sign which isnt a UK/US keyboard letter.

I am a skeptical person by nature but I seriously doubt that these are just random people from the same district in China who all happen to be online poker pros and play a pretty identical style. There is 100% def something fishy going on, whether it be all one person, a group of players all working from the same place or both. I had 3 of them at a hs game today and it just felt strange like I knew I was gonna get cheated as they could very easily be sharing cards etc. With all this talk about bots, I thought it would be good to open up the debate about these accounts, even though Hills have told me these players arent bots.

they have been banned before, if you are suspect at all - report them. the more people that do the better.

SubjectPoker are hopefully running an investigation into the botting, these are the best guys for this job imo, I just hope iPoker and the other sites cooperate with them.

recently came back from Macau trip where i met several chinese live and online grinders. I have first hand information there are several pokerhouses/schools in China where 20+ people live in the same flat and there is a coach who teaches them to play.

not surprized at all if they collude...

thats somehow "known to public" that in china there are "factories" of ppl playing online poker.

Then these people should be banned and not given the benefit of the doubt. Can you give any evidence of this btw? I'm going to get the WillHill rep to come in here to address this.

I dont understand how so many people have put up with these obvious cheaters for so long. Yesterday was the first time I was exposed to more than 1 or 2 of them at the table, I had 3 of the motherfkers on one table and it just felt odd, like I was bleeding blinds or smth away to them even though I wasnt the one being targeted.

Yesterday i checked the leaderboard for this month and PTRed every SN in the top 10 I didnt recognize. Happens that about 5 peeps have not played a single hand for about a year, including the first two players.
