the whole "dont tap the glass" discussion is **** bs. you really think berating them has the effect of them suddenly improving their game or leaving? not once have I seen that. they don't play very often at all, so it's not reasonable to think that upon hearing that they suck, they'll think "hmm, I gotta smarten up for the rest of this session and play solid!".. no, they'll continue to chase longshot draws because they want to put you in your place ONE TIME!!11 so they can feel satisfied with their session. look at how opponents play when asshats like Tony G or Matusow berate their opponents.. they steam.
