aaarrggg ipoker is so frustrating.half of the 10/20 tables just froze and then "shut for maintenance" right in the middle of what is the sites peak hours. the remaining tables are lagging. its ridiculous how unreliable the software is.
it'd probably be pissing in the wind but does anyone think it'd be worth getting everyone who posted in this thread,who together must represent millions of dollars worth of rake,to email playtech/ipoker on the same day telling them to sort out their software? there could be a standard form letter people could send.
i've heard people who work for skins say they promise to sort it out but never do,maybe if they heard from a few hundred regs at once they'd think about sorting it out.
I haven't played on iPoker for very long (half of may, 10kish hands), but I've pulled a bunch of all nighters and have barely run into ANY technical problems (tables froze once or twice perhaps).
Are there specific hours when they happen a lot or have I just been lucky?
you've just been lucky.. the iPoker servers need a major overhaul and they seem to go down at peak hours all the time lately.. some tables just lag (while others are completely problem-free) so bad you just have to leave.
yet when I emailed Carlospoker about it, and not nicely, they give you the same stupid robotic replies that everything is fine and the servers are OK. tilts you more.
