I want to get on Bodog but I cannot find the answer on Google or 2plus2.
Pretty sure bodog doesnt have a jackpot. Personally I think BBJ is bad for the regs. I mean sick if u hit but 50 cent a hand at 1/2 ends up being around 5 bb/100

http://calvinayre.com/2011/07/26/bus...ave-us-market/

"a decision has been made to withdraw the Bodog brand from the US market at the end of 2011. As a result, the Morris Mohawk Gaming Group’s (MMGG) brand licensing agreement will be allowed to expire on 31 December, following which US residents will no longer be able to access bodog.eu or any other Bodog branded website."

it's been fun guys

Re: OFFICIAL BODOG REGULARS THREAD

would suck to lose all non-US players, but yea overall I don't think rebranding isn't too big of an issue. Makes economical sense to me why they would want to do it.

Re: OFFICIAL BODOG REGULARS THREAD

To clarify today's announcement, while BodogBrand is leaving the US market at the end of the year, the operator, Morris Mohawk Gaming Group will remain servicing the players it has for the last 4+ years. This will be, in essence, a branding change. You will still have the same offerings that are available to you now as MMGG will remain on the Bodog Poker Network. In the end the only anticipated player facing change will be a new name and branding. If you have any further questions Customer Service will be happy to answer them.

This is directed at US players only, for International players you can contact Bodog in your region if you have any questions.

Re: OFFICIAL BODOG REGULARS THREAD

Three questions for those that have Bodog r/b through WarCrimes/Gunslinger/Rake Reduction:

The whole set up as to who is who confuses the **** out of me but hey that's an aside:

1: How do you cash out. I have Cake Carbon FT! and Moneybookers. The first two have really bad reps for paying out in recent threads and I don't have a/c at either, FTP - errr OK, and Moneybookers - useless for US$ accounts. In short no way to get my cash out or even back onto Bodog.

2. Are you currently getting the same % as before. I know the MGR is all over the shop but the % of that posted Gross MGR should be correct. I used to getabove the standard 30% but now it is 30% since their web site changed around.

3. Do you look at stats through Rakereduction Rake Update or Elite Affiliates web site. Are they all the same just different sub affiliates etc. Trying to get a handle on who to deal with as they are ignoring my requests now.

Re: OFFICIAL BODOG REGULARS THREAD

yea it's impossible for a US player to cashout on their site, find a euro friend you 100% trust IMO and send to their MB acct. Otherwise, the pathetic option is Carbon. Do NOT put $ on Cake.

Re: OFFICIAL BODOG REGULARS THREAD

Just send it to Carbon, takes 1-2 months to get a cashout but what is the other option?

Re: OFFICIAL BODOG REGULARS THREAD

I have two questions.

1. Am I reading this right that we can't get our money off of Bodog in the US?

2. Is there a program I need to use to post bodog hands in the forums?

they are slow to payout, but that is not the main issue. The main issue is they're slow to pay non-US players. There is no excuse besides liquidity problems as to why they can't pay non-US players in a timely fashion.

Couple this with the fact they are now experimenting with allowing HUDs suggests to me they are desperate for money.

Also, Lee Jones & andanthar quit their positions at Cake Poker back late 2010 or early 2011. Too many negative signs towards their operations for me to put money on their site.
