Edit- The CEO of dreamwater did an interview on bloomberg the other day. Seemed legit in the sense that he sincerely believes in the ingredients and isn't trying to make a quick buck with some ****ty gimmick.

You'll be way better off if you can break the habit of taking drugs like this to sleep. I suffered from crippling depression and anxiety for well over a decade and my brain used to race with thoughts, worries and overactivity when I'd try to sleep. So, naturally my doctor recommended imovane(zopiclone) to help me sleep and sure enough I got very hooked on it for over 10 years, taking max dose EVERY night. And this is a drug that's only supposed to be taken for very short periods for insomnia.
I quit sleep drugs(along with alcohol and weed) more than two years ago on my own after seeing a professional hypnotist and learning the skill of self-hypnosis. I also purchased a really cool program called the Neuro-Programmer which uses brainwave entrainment and can be customized to help get your brain in the desired state, such as alpha for sleep. Maybe give those ideas a whirl and see if they help.
