Edit- The CEO of dreamwater did an interview on bloomberg the other day. Seemed legit in the sense that he sincerely believes in the ingredients and isn't trying to make a quick buck with some ****ty gimmick.
You'll be way better off if you can break the habit of taking drugs like this to sleep. I suffered from crippling depression and anxiety for well over a decade and my brain used to race with thoughts, worries and overactivity when I'd try to sleep. So, naturally my doctor recommended imovane(zopiclone) to help me sleep and sure enough I got very hooked on it for over 10 years, taking max dose EVERY night. And this is a drug that's only supposed to be taken for very short periods for insomnia.

I quit sleep drugs(along with alcohol and weed) more than two years ago on my own after seeing a professional hypnotist and learning the skill of self-hypnosis. I also purchased a really cool program called the Neuro-Programmer which uses brainwave entrainment and can be customized to help get your brain in the desired state, such as alpha for sleep. Maybe give those ideas a whirl and see if they help.

Yea I absolutely agree. Mostly saying that if I take 2mg of xanax before bed I 100% without fail will sleep which isn't something I can say for anything else.

i've tried it a couple times. didn't notice it doing anything for me, but variance obv.

neurosleep is the most effective option in this category ime.

but i believe there's only one substance that really works for this issue. you probably know what it is.

Re: ***OFFICIAL April MSNL **** Thread ***

I went 4 months, no pills, no issues at all. Just don't know how to get back to that point. I had a "reset" after spending a few weeks in Norway my jetlag caused me to wake up at 5am everyday and then started work a couple weeks later and was in the office by 7am every day. Then my firm went bankrupt and everything has gone to **** sleepwise and I can't seem to fix it even though I now have a reason/the motivation to be up early every day.

Re: ***OFFICIAL April MSNL **** Thread ***

I make huge efforts to maintain a solid schedule, and get up around same time every morning even if I barely slept. Exercise is a must, no caffeine in evening obv, reading helps me a lot to wind down before bed, but I am in the exact same boat as far as knowing that a 2mg zan is the only thing that will let me sleep with 100% certainty...just knowing I have some, in case I can't sleep seems to help me a lot, which is interesting I guess? Past few months I haven't taken any bc I don't like the idea of being dependent on a narcotic for sleep, but the doctors I've seen(and I've seen a ton) all agree medicated sleep > no sleep...within reason I assume. After years of dealing with this I do know there is no instant fix

Re: ***OFFICIAL April MSNL **** Thread ***

need some american help here: Im german and I want to spend my semester abroad in Hawai. Now all I need for my university are the flight tickets (ridic., I know). However, I have to stay 3 months for it to be valid. What kind of visa do I need to stay longer than 90 days in the usa? (planning to stay about 100 days or so)

I would contact the US embassy in Germany. I think there are two student visa options (at least for norwegians, don't see why Germans would be different) one you could work part time the other you could not. Technically I believe you can stay indefinitely if you leave the country and come back every 3 months on the visa waiver program.

Re: ***OFFICIAL April MSNL **** Thread ***

Americans prolly know the least about american visa's fwiw, but if your under 90 days I think they have a sisa waiver program that lets you stay visa free. If longer than 90 days, then you need to apply for a B2 tourist visa at your embassy/online whatever. Could be wrong, but pretty sure thats correct.

Re: ***OFFICIAL April MSNL **** Thread ***

ya if you shorten your trip from 100 to 90 days you do not need a visa at all.

I don't know if this is on his agenda or not, but he won't be able to work if he just goes on a tourist visa. Maybe he's just planning on playing poker, but i think its actually pretty sweet to get a fun, low stress job as its a cool way of meeting people who live there and getting settled into a place. I'd look into whatever your options are for a work/travel visa, for me it was the J1 (you're allowed do it twice)
