I haven't tried that but am going to now. I recently have been drinking "NeuroSleep", they carry them in Vons on West Coast but haven't found them on the East Coast yet, they work well although it could obviously be a placebo. They seem to be really similar, except the one you posted looks better. I wish Xanax wasn't a drug because nothing comes close to helping me sleep like those. I've had issues with sleep for years now fwiw.
Edit- The CEO of dreamwater did an interview on bloomberg the other day. Seemed legit in the sense that he sincerely believes in the ingredients and isn't trying to make a quick buck with some ****ty gimmick.
ive tried taking Melatonin pills (one of the main ingridients of this water). it definitely helps you sleep well especially if you have this revert schedule to play at night and sleep half the day
Pretty sure melatonin only works if you have a deficiency in the first place. Or like the guy above mentioned, if you're changing your sleep schedule due to travel or whatever. Based on what I've heard/read, GABA and 5-htp don't work for most people either (and iirc 5htp can have lots of weird/bad side effects). I had really bad sleep problems last year and pretty much solved them with some lifestyle changes. Having a couple hours to wind down in the evening is crucial. This means time away from the computer, and preferably the TV too. Also, I'm sure everyone knows this, but having a regular sleep/wake schedule is important. If you wanna try something new, check out a restorative yoga class. Do one of these in the evening and you'll sleep like a baby.
guys from you experience what would you recommend as a supplement for intensive grinding schedule -> sleep, grind, workout, grind, sleep + regular healty food etc. i need something to help me not to burn out + keep me focused
doing stuff with frnds (nightlife, half day hiking/beach/whatever u have trips, good restaurants, or just anything that involves leaving the house / apartment) and chasing / dating girls are usually my best blanace methods to not get depressive or crazy from this **** game.
i mean personalites differ a lot obv but i found out its very -EV for me to hardcore grind and a well balanced life is best for my poker and obv for my overall life.
martial arts, music instrument or cooking classes 2-3 times a week is def very good as well.
