What is the flopped set % supposed to be? Statistically..?

I'm at 10.4 over last 500k hands but before that I was at 11.5 over last million. Maybe i ran good setwise and now its equalizing.

ofcourse, both of them. They both are probably great people so I feel bad saying it, but they take a lot out of the game and you have to wonder if they deserve it based on prior track record. But there's probably a lot of other people doing/did stuff worse then them out there that we don't know about. I just wish online poker could get really cleaned up.
