I have the largest Rush database by quite a margin I would think and I can promise you that the two most winning players over the last 6-9 months probably wouldn't make any of your guys top 10 list. Maybe just scrape in at the bottom of a couple of them.

It seems so often that the biggest winners are the ones who aren't necessarily rated by their fellow regs. See it a lot in the Stars threads also.

Do you think it's because they're better at exploiting the bad players tendencies? Or just because people don't understand why what they do is in fact "better" compared to their own perception of the game?

What are the rules on posting who the 'best' is?

Are you allowed to say what the highest winrates were for top 3 players last year who played more than say 300k hands?

Nope. Increased rake for RIT (not really twice in most cases btw!) was removed at relaunch (Nov 2012).
