Party Poker client closes suddenly while playing poker. There is no error messages or notification, the poker tables and the client abruptly disappear. If I start the client immediately, the tables appear again. Anyone knows how to fix this problem?

It was via chat, some girl with Russian name asked me to re-install Party Poker and if it doesn't work to check for viruses and problems with my Windows.

It is indeed very unfortunate that we are still battling with the issues you have referred to in your email. I apologize for the inconvenience and annoyance you have to experience while playing on our site but I can assure you that this is being worked on with highest priority and we are trying to find a permanent resolution of the issue. I am forwarding the error message to our tech team so they can look into it and let us know whether it would be helpful to them. Thank you very much for taking the time and effort to provide us with it. We will try to keep you posted on any developments.
A bit different reply
