Hey guys, does anyone have any experience with InterPoker? I'm trying to figure out what is the best/safest Ongame-skin (where withdrawals are processed quickly etc).

Betsson and InterPoker are among the best from what I hear, both in replies and cashouts.

This is driving me batty. I can't login to ANY ongame client (well, i've only tried BetSafe and RedKings, where i have accounts). The software launches properly, but after i input my u/n and pass, I get this error message:

Anyone help? A few troubleshooting facts:
- Nothing's wrong with my Internet. Every other client loads just fine.
- Nothing's wrong with my credentials...I can log into my BetSafe account via their website just fine.
- Nothing's changed re: my computer's configuration...i never used to have any problems playing on Ongame from this computer.
- Nothing's wrong with my IP address >> i installed BetSafe on my 2nd computer and can log in and play just fine from this location (but I really only want to play from my poker computer).
- I don't think it's a firewall issue...I turned my firewall (Windows standard one) OFF and have same problem.
- Think it *may* be a Java issue(??)...having trouble installing/verifying my Java installation...can't figure that out for the life of me, but not sure if it's related to this problem.

BetSafe support has been useless, running through the same basic troubleshooting.

i've got that issue before and it usually works after you click login the 2nd or 3rd time. don't know how to "fix" the problem, but I know this works for me.

Yeah, no dice...repeated clicking doesn't change anything.

Do you, by any chance, use a graphics mod of some sort?
One that stops the client from updating?

What about updating Java / Adobe Air?

FWIW, I've got the same issue like 80% I try to log in but it always logs in after 2nd or 3rd time I click "Login".

I used to use a graphics mod, but I don't anymore (and besides...now just trying to launch the program from the native .exe and not from the custom .bat file that the graphics mod used...what's weird is that upon launching the .exe it *appears to update correctly*...so the connection to the Ongame severs is clearly fine...it just won't let me log in.)

Let me ask this: is a healthy Java installation required for the CLIENT version of Ongame skins? Or only for the no-download / browser version? Because there's something wonky with my Java installation...it won't verify properly according to the Java Verification tool...which is very strange b/c it appears to install properly...but simply won't verify (and Java applets don't run properly). Could this be the problem?

Can't get Java installation to behave for the life of me. But still not quite sure whether it's required for the downloadable-client version of Ongame...if it is, then that's where my problem probably lies.

HUD is not opening automatically for ongame (heypoker) anymore (on HM1 it still is)! the hands are imported (can see them in active sessions) but i have to open the HUD for every single table with the tablefinder, which is very annoying! can anyone help me that HUD starts automatically for ongame?

Anyone got a good contact for support at ongame HQ? I have a large amount of money "gone missing" for 4 days now. My skin is not very helpful, I actually can't believe how badly they are treating me, in what other line of work can $10k plus go missing and clients be kept so much in the dark.

I used to play Europoker and just left Ongame they don't answer me and they stole my 2000$ cashout i made along time ago...
