I am not anti stars I understand what they are doing right or wrong. Writing off money on 3 sites due to fraudulent activities gets rather tedious! Any other business would see you doing jail time for this type of fraud and rightly so.I should not expect another poker network to reeimburse my funds.
I woild like to see these fraudsters stripped of there assets and thrown in the big house for a longtime.This may act as a deterent to other unscrupulous site/network owners.
I wish there was more competition for Pokerstars in all markets.. total domination can only mean one thing and that is bad news for existing Stars players.
Here's hoping online poker legislation passes through in the U.S. before end of year.. I know several casinos/gaming businesses in Nevada will be ready to go within months..
Shortterm i am glad that everyone is getting their money back. Longterm i am somewhat scared by stars beeing the monopolist on the market even if the do a good job when dealing with the community and actually listen to the players. Would be a lot worse if iPoker or even Party had the monopoly. We probably have to see how things turn out and have to give Stars some credit for beeing somewhat responsible with the power they have post black friday.
