man this is so tilting. 1) rebuy bug back full blown. 2) site lags/crashes in middle of game play 3) site lags loading certain tables/won't open

having same problems. was playing for 2.5 hours and every table just froze. Had buy back bug at least 4 times including for a full rebuy

make sure to keep your eyes on your balances, several players have reported the buy-back bug leading to incorrect balances.

I was just able to log back in the software but the second I opened a table it froze again. Lollll. Yeah the thing the guy said about how you shouldn't play for x amount of time after site update is probably true!! I have lost all interest to play today!

crazy, i was on some good tables and they started up again, but now i couldnt rebuy so my balance was dropping so I figured, I would be smart and restart client and bang can't log in, haha. Good day time for a day off, my hour long session is plentyyyyy

It looks like they put all of the money back in my account. I can't be sure because the rebuy bug might have caused some problems, but my poker tracker now pretty much matches up what I was expecting. Don't know about the last few hands where I was putting money in the pot as everything was freezing.

Is anyone playing right now? how is the software running?

they definitely try their best to fix the problems that they have, and compensate players accordingly. i have never felt that this site is willingly trying to steal player funds. but the sheer fact that people have to keep an eye on their balances and make sure they are reimbursed is just crazy. such problems just can't happen on a real money site, and I am shocked that this problem has failed to properly be addressed on several occasions.
