Letting a friend take a seat or use a seat script is obv the same and its kinda sad, that madhusudana in his attempt to bust a seat scripter, shows us what kind of a ******, he is.

friends need to have the same ninja clicking skillz like everybody else. there is no waiting list, so its absolutely ok to tell a friend, that u are leaving. its a friend, so there is obv another relationship then to other regs.

Would be nice with a update on the botproblem. Are they still running on ongame? Have they been removed on all the stakes and so on. Sry if ive missed it somewere, plz link if so.

Imo poker is fundamentally not a team game and players in a ten man skype team obv get an advantage vs a lone player when racing for seats if info on quitting juicy tables is shared. So I can definitely understand HansMajestaet's point of view.

Drawing the line is a bit tricky though since I'm sure no one thinks it's cheating to tell your friend that table/player x is juicy and they should try to join it even though in this case too teamplayers get advantage vs a lone player.

I know this is a far fetched scenario and only little advantage will be gained but just for arguments sake: Is it okay for player1 and player2 who are friends to try and get a seat for just player1? So that if player2 gets the seat he will count down from 3 and quit without playing a single hand?

Personally I think it's a billion times worse to use 3rd party software to get seats but still imo this stuff isnt as black and white as some of you seem to think.

3.4 Friends offering you seats on Skype, AIM, MSN or other similiar programs is strictly prohibited. Xxxxxx poker reserves the right to take action against any player they think is sharing godseats with thier friends.




Guess we were wrong, but they should probably clarify. What if the fish is only like 20/5 and the seat is across the table? Surely thats not a godseat and its okay then.
