anyone had any troubles getting hh's to be saved on mac? I have a Betsafe folder, but there is no handhistory folder inside. I have played hands on betsafe
They have their own client/browser version for Fastpoker, check out their homepage.
Looks like max buyin is 80bbs and highest limit is NL100!
Not too much traffic either.
Meh.
Fast poker is on a separate network from ongame with only a few skins traffic is low, 130 players and no one playing higher then 50nl. I can't see it lasting with out some serious advertising and other skins joining
Hi guys, I wanted to make Ongame players aware of this issue.
I originally posted it in the small stakes forum, because that is where I play, but I was told that thread is dead and everybody from Ongame posts in here.
I first encountered the issue after the big website update Betsafe implemented a few days ago, I'm not sure if it affects other skins or not.
They removed multiple wallets for Poker, Casino, Main wallet etc. and converted them into one wallet, this is from the email they sent informing customers of the matter:
"We will soon be back up again, and here is some good news. You will no longer have to transfer money from your main account into a separate Poker USD wallet. Simply use your one wallet to play any real money game of your choice."
It sounded good to me, I thought I would now avoid any conversion charges when cashing out, however yesterday I noticed $6 had disappeared from my account, I played a session anyway and took note of what my cashier was at. I logged back in and another $3 was missing, I contacted support and they said they would look into the issue, I continued to play and today another $5 was missing from my account.
I got a reply from support today informing me that these charges incurred due to currency conversion, that was as in depth as the email went, I have sent an email back asking for my information but to me it seems like your money while playing poker is constantly being converted back and forth between your default currency and USD for poker.
Now if you have a USD default currency this probably won't affect you but if you have Euro's or £ like me then you are likely being affected, and the effect is quite significant, I lost nearly $15 in about 24 hours.
So yeah just a heads up for people, I didn't want anyone who doesn't take notice of their cashier getting screwed out of hundreds in the next couple of months.
I'm not sure, I'm sending emails back and forth with them at the moment regarding the issue and have asked if they can change my main account currency.
If the cost of currency conversion continues on at this rate I will be losing $450 a month, which will obviously mean leaving Betsafe and finding another skin or network.
This is not only going to be very bad for players but also for Betsafe. Providing they aren't making any money themselves from currency conversion.
It doesn't show up straight away, after 1 session I logged out, logged back in and it was the same, after a few hours it changes.
I have screenshots from last night to my first log in this morning. The decrease from last night to this morning was between 0.4% and 0.5% of all the money in my account.
It's probably because of currency rates, not additional fees. Betsafe changes rates daily, maybe few times a day. EURUSD was decreasing during last days, that's why, if your main account is in €, your $ balance could be lower.
