The recent Party statement about the illegality of seat clicking software should be of interest to all Ongame regulars. The TOS between the two networks is not identical, but the key phrase cited by the Rep is very similar to one in the Bwin TOS, and they do have the same owner. Please pressure your skins and affiliates to do the same at Ongame. I would absolutely love to see Sheep70 lose his roll.
The relevant portion of the Bwin TOS [emphasis mine]:

you can play on ongame in the US as a European citizen.. so I dont see any reason why you shouldnt be able to play in spain.. in the worst case you have to use some kind of proxy

a vpn used to b fine, but a friend of mine recently noticed that sometimes it's not enough. apparently, it depends on your internet provider too :
provider A with VPN -> can log in to ongame
provider B with VPN -> can not log in to ongame which detects that you are trying to log in from spain
