Yupp, me too... Software is ****ty in the last 4 days.
Here's a part of the letter which i've send to the support:
"Login is about 20-30 seconds, even when I log in I have to wait about half a minute to see how much is my ballance, until than it's shows 0.
There are times when I can't login at all and an error window shows up.
Sit down to tables is a kind of suffering too, it is also a need 20-30 seconds, but sometimes I can not sit donw or simply it take too long and someone sits instead of me.
When by chance I manage to get in and every time I get under the starting stack, I have to wait a lot while the auto-rebuy spends my money back, this time the whole game stops and no hand is playing on the table.
There are times when it's can not reload, then an error message shows up and I have to play tha stack which left from the previous hand.
I've also saw this delay at other players so I guess it's not just me. "
I've got two buddy playing at Unibet, we both are from Hungary. Funny thing is one of us doesn't have any problems at all. But two of us are suffering.
Also tried many internet connections, PC-s and so on...
I've raked almost 5K this month so far, and didn't even get a f*ckin' answer to this letter.
And I'm on gigatilt right now....
