Well this is from the official Nordicbet's webpage:

One withdrawal within a 4 week period is free of charge. More than one withdrawal within a 4 week period will be charged with a fee of 2% up to a max fee of 30 USD (Withdrawals of 1500 USD and more will be charged with 30 USD). The minimum withdrawal amount is 25 EUR.

i just noticed that HEM1 counts the rake wrong even though im not playing on the jackpot tables, seems like HM1 shows higher amount paid than what the stat from the site shows, anyone else noticing? (everything is in euro)

Yes roughly HEM rake *.95 = site rake

Go nag the support in the HEMforums. The updates are being released at different times for different skins so if your skin is among the first ones to get the update you will probably have to wait a while before HEM releases a patch. If not enough ppl are complaining to support it won't be prioritized.

The skin i'm on used to get hit with the updates first every time until they started complaining to Microgaming and got moved down the line.
