Is Merge still having problems with cashouts?

I had insanely slow cashouts on both Carbon and Lock, so after BF gave me very bad feeling and I moved on. Support was terrible and did not reply to emails.

Has much improved since?

id love to know what evconsultant is trying to achieve by sitting out and in at full tables for an hour without playing a hand and its not as if there was no fish sitting.
