what's 100k hands guys, it's not a sample that comes close to your winrate. Sure if you're above 3ptbb you likely don't suck, but not much more to say really.

it is possible to go on 100k hand heaters. i think my longest breakeven stretch was somewhere between 40k-50k hands.

consider yourself lucky then, Im 2.8ptbb the last 230k hands, and im like 60bi below expectation in that stretch.

Re: THE OFFICIAL 2009 Ongame Regulars Thread

Oh hey guys, does anyone know of any regulars that are running way below expectation? Maybe about 60bi or so? Because I am 60bi over expectation this year and I'd like to give it back to the rightful owner.

i think not tilting hardly ever and always playing in good games helps.

What do bad calls have to do with non SD winnings?

Re: THE OFFICIAL 2009 Ongame Regulars Thread

instead of folding and loose non showdown, when you do bad calls it's your showdown winning that goes down

it's funny, everyone just tries to be cool instead of trying to understand what nonSD winnings actually mean.

yeah youre better than av from what I know. Still, 100k break even have to be expected with some reasonable likelihood even for a true 3ptbb winner. I'd guess between 2 and 10%, meaning once every 1-5m hands. I doubt you have even played 1m hands lifetime though (I for one havent)

Re: THE OFFICIAL 2009 Ongame Regulars Thread

Ssrs question: Are there any suspicions out there concerning superusers on Tower/ongame?
I play there very infrequently but every time I do there`s a player that does VERY strange things att and goes out winning. I have over 1M hands of MSNL+ under my belt and I have a feeling sth is wrong each time I play on Tower (and pretty much only there).
One of today`s examples (villain left the game winning):

$2000.00 USD NL Texas Hold'em - Friday, April 03, 11:21:32 ET 2009
Table Labe (Real Money)
Seat 1 is the button
Seat 1: SpadeNeuterU ( $1180.00 USD )
Seat 2: Beachjohan ( $1760.00 USD )
Seat 8: patevra ( $5301.40 USD )
Seat 9: Hero ( $3196.00 USD )
Seat 10: VonRetez ( $4743.00 USD )
Beachjohan posts small blind [$10.00 USD].
patevra posts big blind [$20.00 USD].
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to Hero [ 8s 7d ]
Hero raises [$70.00 USD]
VonRetez folds
SpadeNeuterU folds
Beachjohan folds
patevra calls [$50.00 USD]
** Dealing Flop ** [ 5d, As, Kh ]
patevra checks
Hero bets [$120.00 USD]
patevra calls [$120.00 USD]
** Dealing Turn ** [ 2d ]
patevra checks
Hero bets [$290.00 USD]
patevra calls [$290.00 USD]
** Dealing River ** [ Ks ]
patevra checks
Hero checks
patevra shows [Qs, 3s ]
patevra wins $967.00 USD from main pot

Re: THE OFFICIAL 2009 Ongame Regulars Thread

@internet : I don't see where people try to be cool , it seems pretty easy to understand that non showdown winnings are money that you won / loose in the pots that didn't go to showdon and showdown winnings are the winnings of pots that went to showdown , I hope everybody know this
