NLH 6-Max $3/6 - I recently joined and have 166BB now. I do not have any reads on this table yet.

SB - $359
BB (VILLAIN 2) - $492
UTG (VILLAIN 1) - $625
HJ (HERO) - $1000 w/ JJ
CO - $600
BTN - $624

V raises to 15, Hero 3b to $45, folds to V2 in BB calls, V1 4b to $124, Hero calls, BB calls.

OTF: 3c8d10s ($372 Pot)

V2 checks, V1 bets $125, Hero?

What is the move w/ the highest EV OTF?

How often should I be 5b'ing V1 pre? His 4b seems rather strong (range of AsKs, 99+ against an unknown, no?).

Thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks, guys.

No reads, I assume we are crushed by the 4bet and fold pre.

As played, now you have to call flop.

Fold the 4th best hand pre? Really...? Is it worse to call his bet or 5b him pre? V's range could include quite a few hands--1010+, AQs+.

OTF, I have an overpair, but his bet looks fishy, like he's trying to get value for QQ+, would you not agree? This is not the greatest flop, too. Currently, I have a good hand, not a great hand. Seems like 50% folds, 50% calls is optimal, no?

I SEE NO REASON TO NOT GET IT IN HERE BUDDY. YOU HAVE AN OVERPAIR ON A SMALL LITTLE RAINBOW BOARD. IF THIS BOARD WAS 2-SUITED IT'S AN EASY FOLD.

I would fold pre. He's not bluffing with bb cold calling. I don't see how he ever has 10s or worse.

As played probably call, see what the bb does. If he ships and gets called u can fold easily, otherwise probably end up going with it on most turns.

Fold pre. As stated above, he's not 4-betting your 3-bet & a cold call with any pair worse than JJ or anything like AJ or worse. At best, you're flipping, at worst, you're crushed.

You should be 5-betting pre 0% of the time in this spot. Like, actually 0%.

Pretty tough spot, without reads would have to lean towards a fold. If you knew it was a semi reggy, LAG type player who could credibly have some weird suited connected type 4-bet bluffs, then maybe you could flat. Just think so many of the times here your opponent range includes QQ+ and AK, which as previously stated you are flipping against at best. How did the hand play out ?

I always think.. **** these jacks are never good here pre.. I do this all the time.. fold fold fold, then I talk myself into a call to see if maybe rags hits what happens. Rags hit and guy bets, I get it in and I lose every time.
