Yeah it'd be tough to fold a gutter with 1 over let alone considering folding a fd.

Flop X is fine. Bet is standard and I'd say better, but not by much.

River hero fold is possible, sure. We have nothing more than a bluffcatcher. But it's a very strong one at that, so you'll need a solid read to lay it down. Also some guys may just show up with Qx with the logic of "if I XC river I lose the same either way", plus 43dd is possible, so trying to fold is very ambitious.

Is there anything to be said for bet/folding the flop oop (say Co vs. btn). I know it's not what OP is asking, but it's a common situation. On a J64fd flop it would be different as villain can be giving up some of the time but on this flop, we're almost always getting barreled on blank turns.

For me at least, even hands that may be "standard" or at least hands that I even feel comfortable with, it isn't bad to check up now and then; make sure you didn't drift into something bad. Just checking up can be good for the mind.
