NL100 2pair vs overbet

[converted_hand][hand_history]$0.50/$1 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

Hero (SB): $155.38 (155.4 bb)
BB: $149.53 (149.5 bb)
UTG: $14.79 (14.8 bb)
MP: $54.99 (55 bb)
CO: $146.70 (146.7 bb)
BTN: $38 (38 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K 9
4 folds, Hero raises to $3, BB calls $2

Flop: ($6) 4 3 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $4, Hero calls $4

Turn: ($14) K (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $29, Hero calls $29

River: ($72) T (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $113.53 and is all-in, Hero calls $113.53

Villain 29/23 with 44/35/26 Afq on all 3 streets so hes rather passive on the river compared to previous streets.
bet flop vs missed cbet is 56 and he continous OTT and OTR we have no sample yet.
He 3bets bvb 14% so we maybe can discount 99 which means he only has us beat here with 6 setcombos which is why im happy about the turn overbet here.
However the river is far from optimal since there are several backdoors hitting like QJ or backdoor flushes.Since K9 with an occasional set is top of my range here im still forced to call tho ?

I don't see how you don't call. You're so underrepped. He can be shoving with any 2p or even top pair there.
