Poker is very exhausting I know but if you have good schedule/workout regularly/eat healthy you will feel better physically and grinding for 100hours/month shouldnt be a problem.
If I can do it everbody can.

completely disagree. Depends on your poker level right now and what your plan is in life and how it's currently running.
If you're gonna smoke weed and play poker all day, then stay in school.
If you want to smoke weed and play poker all day for the rest of your life...well...at least talk it over w/a few friends :P
If you want the chance to do something amazing and get involved in other activities that you never had the time for, then do it. Create a longterm plan with what you want from this game and how you want to run your future. If it's reasonable, go for it. Just realize you can't be lazy about this game or else you'll turn into the guys who are saying "DON'T DROP OUT"

Not to mention if you look at empirical evidence you would see that not many are doing what you say is "easy" to do. That is not to say it is not easy for you to do but don't assume other players posses the same aptitudes you do. For me personally, I have done just about everything imaginable in an effort to improve my game and while my results are respectable it has been a very humbling experience. And yes, I do envy the talent some players seem to naturally posses.

this is a really great assessment. I've seen how hard the guy works and wish I had his drive back when I started out.
I disagree about people working "hard". C'mon, you saw how many hands I used to put in :P

Who are these 500K MSNLers you're talking about? Leatherass cleares 500K but he plays 10/20 as well.

I think 500k is also a stretch but 300k in your early 20s is friggin amazing. Do something smart with it and you've got a great headstart on life.
