I don't like your line at all. You are turning a perfectly good calling hand into a bluff.

I'm guessing you were raising and shoving river for value?
If you use equilab/pokerstove vs a river calling range for villain you'll see that it has your hand in pretty bad shape. I'd just keep calling turn+river.

Thanks for the comments. I flatted flop to see if the BB wanted to do something stupid then turn/river for value as I felt I could still get looked up with some worse jacks but yeah I guess they make up a small part of his calling range

If BB is that bad you could just lead flop. Otherwise I'd just call down most likely.

You might get looked up by worse jacks, but you need to look at entire range - And you also get looked up by overpairs/boats/flushes so all in all it's too thin. Hope that makes sense
