OP Your goal is attainable in 9 months and starting with a bankroll of $300. Start at $25NL and work your way up using kind of a loose bankroll management like 20-25 buyins and move up and take stabs at higher levels, drop back down stakes if you get to 15 buyins so you have 30 buyins at the previous stake. If you are decent at poker I give you 9 months to accomplish this playing 20-30 hours a week 4-6 tabling.

Also your whole idea of studying is good except you are going to have a hard time applying everything you learned to the game. It is equivalent to reading every book on driving a car and now you all of a sudden have to get in one... right... how come you havn't been already playing on US sites. If you are putting all this time into studying you should have deposited $100 and tested your luck at micro stakes that way you learn concepts and can apply them at the same time. Experience is key in poker but if you are successful off just reading books and watching videos I would be highly surprised. Good luck with your goal I know for a fact that it is attainable

Also the people telling you to play lag or tag is a joke. Adjust to your table conditions and that will dictate the way you play.

I don't like reading as much tho, better watching poker videos
