This is my third straight trip home losing a 1000 and believe it or not all 3 times. I have been sent packing with KK Vs AK off suit. I understand the math right below 3 to 1 but my question is this if your stack size is 3x or greater than your opponent and you feel maybe they are a better player is it the right move to call someones re raise over shove pre flop with AK?

I get calling down 1 to 1 on money is probably bad in the long run but given the fact you're calling down with house money Vs a player who is likely better than you is this the correct play? Given the fact one out of 3 times you send the player packing and 2 out of 3 times you just even the stacks?

Not a vent just a honest question the villain even offered to rebuy me back in while I was outside having a cigarette before I left I guess his Rolex should of been a clue to avoid him!
