Re: how thin do we value bet here.

I mean, if villain likes to turn hands into bluffs there is not much I am betting for value that I am not calling the shove. The suits of your cards are obv important. But I will say I check back the likes of KQ, QJs. Value everything else better, occasionally ch/back 89s. Have a few bluffs in my range and fold AQ occasionally.

*********1000th post***********

Ok, I never post strat for personnal beliefs, but since that's my 1000th post, cheers....

OP, hand removal make hand strengh irrelevant.

*Assuming* (wich is kinda reasonnable given history) that Villain is totally polarized and always plays [AhQx, A9s, A8s] that way (not to mention we could diminish probabilty of Ah9h/Ah8h given pre and flop play), we find that

KK+ has 60% against [Ah9h,Ah8h,AhQx] and is a snap call
BUT QQQ is a fold (33%), as is AQ (25%)

.

hey can you reiterate this in layman's terms? I'm struggling with the numbers that posit that KK is better off than having top set (QQ)
