400NL Nut Worse turn in 3b pot decision

Villian is 25/20 will call 3bets wide, I think this turn is the nut worse, AQ,KT,9T are all in his range and now it makes it harder to get value from Ax.
Range wise I think I may still be ahead but what is the best way to extract value?
Villian probably views me as a solid reg that doesn't get out of line too much.
