Am I just results oriented or what? What kind of stats/stack depth are we looking for if we are ever folding KK preflop I have yet to fold it pre but am thinking this might have been the time.... big MIIIGHT on that?

No folding, because u ahead of his range. You easily dominate 4% 3b, or 6% openning range + 4bet. Vills range after 4bet: AK, QQ+; and sometimes even worst if he is tilting or whatever...
So im not folding kings 100bbs. But still folding QQ and AK.
To be honest, i never got into this situation with extended stacks, and i dont know how to play in deep. But maybe somebody will clarify it for us.

I'm guessing he SNAP clicked it back? Yes, sure looks really strong when a passive fish does it, but at 100BBs it's still not like I can fold. I don't think it's mandatory to 5b shove though, If he ever would be capable to do this sizing with bluffs/blocker:ish hands I can see it being better to flat and smack it in on the flop when/if he hits a piece and feels potcommitted with a worse hand.

MSNL community is basically a sect, OP. They want you to make every mistake possible in your efforts to reach and beat these games (even ridiculous things such as stacking off 100bb with KK preflop appears "standard" and "easy" to these people).

Do not trust them. All they want is to keep you out of their way so that they can scavange amongst the fisk in these stakes themselves.

There's no way I'd fold it for 88 BB more. If he has AA, then so be it. That said, there are situations where I'd definitely fold Cowboys pre. Was playing 1-3 GBP NL live two nights ago at the Vic (wasn't in this hand, fortunately, just at the table). A has 1.8k, B has about 1k. Wasn't planning on repeating this story, so I don't remember exact positions, but B has position on A. A raises to 12 or so, B 3-bets to 40, A 4-bets to 100ish, B 5-bets to 300, A thinks for 2 mins or so, then bets again putting B all-in.

Point being, it became pretty clear to most of us on the table that A had rockets, considering his hesitation and his betting patterns, it really seemed like he was trying to figure out the best way to get money out of the hand and solicit a shove. In this case, I would have folded Kings, because at best you're hoping for a split against another pair of Kings or to be 70-30 against some bluff that went horribly wrong. However, A had been playing quite tight and hadn't really been involved in a pot, nor had I seen him get out of line in the 3 hours or so I'd been at the table, so I would have been shocked had he turned over anything other than AA. But for 100 BB effective stacks, there's no way I'd even fold Kings in a cash game.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, as predicted A had AA and B had KK... aces held.
