Perhaps, but it's also possible those A

Xx combos raise the flop. The main question here and what would need to happen for villain to have enough of a bluffing range to call turn and/or river is he would have to have hands like 8

8

to turn into a bluff by check-raising the turn.
Because you min-raised pre-flop, you probably won't see many higher pairs than 88, maybe 77, playing pre-flop and flop this way and even those hands may check-raise flop a decent amount of the time. Even if he's playing all 77, all 88, and all flushes this way, it's going to be close and dependent on how often he's playing suited junk out of position and playing those hands passively on the flop. Playing his draws on the flop seems strange to me because he'll almost always have some sort of combination draw ready to go, but that doesn't mean he always check-raises draws here, that one should, or that I do :P
Does this mean you should be checking back the turn to bluff catch and induce value bets from worse on the river? Probably not. It's tough to say much of value here with our only read being "vs reg.", which helps us more than "vs fish," but not much more.
If you check back the turn, you also run the risk of him being cognizant enough of the situation to over bet his entire range, which would also be unpleasant.
