You both install teamviewer, bring up task manager on your non-playing screen, set it to show processes then you both share your non-playing screen with a pre-determined judge who will monitor task manager to ensure no extra teamviewer processes running other than just the one. He can also check for mikogo and keep tabs on all the other processes to make sure other screen-sharing software isn't being used.
