Only thing I can think villain having is 66, busted flush draws and K9 but would they raise on the turn if they hit their straight?

Definite fold pre in full ring. River is tough because V shouldn't have many straights, only 89cc, one combo of TT and 3 combos of 66 and not many combos of better 2 pair with that PFR – but it doesn't feel like V is bluffing. I probably sigh call. There might be merit in 3bet shoving turn?

Thinking back on it now, I'm unsure if villain would be this aggressive with sets when the straight gets there. So it's either straights or busted flush draws? I was going to call but my laptop trackerpad ****ed up and i misclick folded.

Just spotted that 89 actually has a double gutshot, so more than just 89cc gets there. I think that makes it a fold because a lot of people will call SCs this way.

Fold pre
Check-call flop
With a nitty fish (13/5 sitting with 80bb) I think that its a sick fold on the turn.
He usually already has us crushed with a set or even AK, and even if not most rivers will be bad for us.

I don't think a 13/5 with 80bb is flatting K9 vs. an EP raiser in full ring. I think they would certainly raise this turn with a straight (89, AK) as the board is very wet relative to an EP raiser's range.

Against someone with a tight calling range pre I'd try to play a smaller pot. I don't think he's floating the flop often enough with his small and medium pairs to bluff flush cards on the turn and he's calling cbets with a range that crushes middle pair. TT, 66, KQ, QJ, 78c, 89s, maybe exactly KTc and suited KJ and QT, and even AK are all in his preflop flat range vs. an utg+1 raiser. Remember you block some combos of KJ, QJ, KT, and QT.

Basically I agree with hagaic; fold pre, c/c flop, b/f turn. As played, pot control vs. ubernits with your medium strength hands.

Yeah I agree with everything you're saying. It seems obvious now in hindsight. Thanks for your input.
