Hero's table broke. Took a break. Seat opened up at established 2/5 table. Bought in for $1000, average stack size $2,500-3,000.
Villain 1: Seat 3 BTN mid 30's Asian male, cocky relaxed and drinking.
Villain 2: Seat 8 MP early 30's Asian male. Knows seat 3 and appears to be tilting at seat 3 from a previous hand not observed because of one of the initial comments he made when hero sat down.
Hero: Seat 9 LP early 40's Caucasian male. Unknown to table.
Preflop: Villain button straddles for $10. SB fold, BB fold, fold to Villain 2 who raises $40. Hero looks down at A10. Hero reraises $125. Fold to BTN who calls, Villain 2 calls.
Pot: $382
Flop: 10 6 4
Villain 2 checks. Hero?
Spoiler:
Hero bets $325
Villain 1 on BTN raises cards above head as if to muck, shakes head, laughs and raises $875
Raise preflop I think is fine. i could also go with flatting and take a flop in position. But on the raised route I would be somewhere like 200 on the flop. Prty good flop I would say. If he reraises all in you would have somewhere like 650ish behind? Unless you put him on like a set probably would have to call. I feel if he had an over pair he woulda reraised pre.
On the flatting route maybe you coulda got away when the flush gets there on the turn? And played a smaller pot? That's being results oriented though.
