Hey this is my first ever post been lurking for a while. Basically I built up a 4 figure roll online playing cash online predominantly nothing over 25nl (Games are just too tough and I don't have the time to put the study in).

Recently transitioned to live only 2/5 at my casino profitable so far across 12 sessions (small sample size though) recently had a session which i have mixed feelings about. specifically with one hand, don't hold back criticism be as savage as you like sorry if my hand explanation isn't on point either

MP-1 calls others fold
Flop 7d 4d Qc
Hero checks Villian bets $125 after 2hrs of play i acknowledged that Villian was playing more than his fair share of pots. I think calling only to fold turn is primarily bad so i shoved $approx $350 Villian quickly folds

What do you guys think is this optimal or just me unknowingly bleeding chips?

ps. finished session after 4 hrs +$458

How do you check/shove Flop when you're in position?

touche i got the positions wrong then soz hand was a couple days ago the way the action goes is correct though

The hand still makes zero sense. Wtf happened pre if that's how the flop played out? If you did 3bet pre, the Q high board is extremely good for pre-flop callers range and it's pretty spewy by you.
