Pocket AA as a bluff? Pocket AA as a bluff?

Played this hand a couple of days ago, and still thinking about it.

8 handed $5-$10. Straddled pot.
Hero 30 yo reg has been active, no showdown yet.
Villain solid reg, like to 3 bet, didn't get out of line (yet).
Hero has $4500 behind. Villain easily covers.

Folded to hero on the button with AcAs. Raise to $75 (standard at table).
SB and BB fold. Villain on the straddle 3 bets to $275.
Hero 4 bets to $750. Villain calls.

Flop comes ThTc4c. Villain checks and hero c-bets $750. Villain calls.
Turn Ks. Villain checks and hero checks.
River is Qc. Villain leads for $1,600.

I'm pretty sure I'm beat at this point. Villain could very likely hold KK, QQ or Tx, and various flush draws. I have the Ac so block a lot of bluffs.

While it's a good price to call (is it?), I'm tempted to shove for $3000 total and potentially fold out trips or a baby flush. Not sure though if I have a big enough stack as villain will only have to call $1,400 more to win $7,500.

Would appreciate your thoughts on all streets*.

*(Yes, I thought about folding pre but decided against)

Bet the turn.

Probably crying call on the river. Based upon the available information, it seems unlikely a better hand would fold to a raise.

Hand belongs in MHFR where it would get a lot more feedback.

3.75x seems a little large for the button.

Cbet flop smaller.

Bet turn.

Raise river seems like the right idea in theory if there were enough money to pull it off. That's some mad sicko **** to try to get some live straddling rando to fold trips for only $1,400 on top, though. And seeing as how he safely has all 3 combos of QQ in his range and combos of Tx that 3!/call can vary with some having boats and us blocking one of the b/f combos, I'd say shoving is really bad here in practice.
