Another suggestion.

When players are busted for collusion, how about you give the recovered funds back to us the victims? Instead of giving to charity/keeping to recover missed tournament guarantees.

that's a good idea, since I already reported 3 players who wanted to collude with me in those 3handed SNG's.. also in 6max.. they should be drowned in their own piss imo

I have been suspicious a few times, but having reviewed the play after it was just a bit of paranoia.

The collusion i've found has been in the SNGs.

I can confirm that RedBarracuda is not Fero.

Jorgo and others, if you see something you suspect as cheating of any sort, please PM me with details. It's not my area of work, but I'm gonna make sure it gets checked out and handled correctly.

I don't want to turn this into a witch hunt, but I trust you guys that you know when something fishy is going on.

Hopefully once you'll have working HH that works with PT/HEM the crashes will drop to a minimum.
How do we know this? Does anyone ITT play without a HUD, if so how often do you get crashes?

Sites that have had great solid software still launch completely new versions (eg microgaming) where neither versions ever crashed.

You have had the same software 'upgraded' over several years, but it always comes with frequent crashes.

How can it not be obvious to you guys that the only way to completely stop the crashes is to start over from scratch and launch completely new client.

I really hope the working HHs via client will lesson crashes but I have doubt that will be the magical resolve.

There's no magic solution but hard work by us. There are problems with outside software, like HG, especially when it comes to resizing tables.

Either way, I can't possibly see a scenario where you guys won't benefit from having HH directly from us.

The reason for updates isn't solely to fix crashes. Hand history, time bank, quick seat (not so relevant to you guys) are stuff that are done to improve the software, not just stabilize it.

Not that we're anywhere near perfect (to say the least), but crashes have def went down since the new Pacific version was launched. Stuff have been improving and the feedbacks from you guys (even the really really really negative ones) have been extremely helpful in doing so.

Any idea when hand history support/time bank will be available? I am having real issues on lucky ace...When it comes to my turn to post the blind it times out and misses me out. I can just about put up with it when it happens on my big blind but when its on the small blind i end up paying the big blind to see one hand It doesn't only happen when im in the blinds...during play the table will freeze and then all the action rushes through as it catches up. This messes up all the hand histories in HG too...I've spoken to support and they have got me to reinstall and open some ports but that didn't do anything.
Any ideas Yuv? Do u have a link to an older version of lucky ace? I love the bet pot button but I can't deal with this much longer...These issues have only arisen since I got the latest versions.
Thanks

Just wanted to extend my most sincere FU to all the bumhunters hogging the deep-tables that doesn't regenerate by filling them up. Play or leave, you pussies.

True, things have definitely improved.

Also true, although I see you right now with 3 of your own tables, and trying to take over 2 more 5/10NL tables. Since there's only ten tables, isn't two tables a reasonable maximum per player? Should the strongest two players be entitled to all ten tables?

Was trying to get a game against the two grinders at 1K deep, and waiting for action at the two others. In addition I'm waiting for action at a 1K table non-deep. I did however quit the tables with the two grinders after a couple of minutes.

I agree though, two tables is enough, but if all tables are filled I'm sitting until someone either leaves or plays. Should be fair enough, survival of the fittest.
