Is there a fix for the ****ing sitout bug where your sitoutnextbb unselects if someone joins/leaves table. This bug is ****ing killing me........

They called me from bulgarian bet365 support, and told me that their team took a decision not to pay the points from the active bonus. I think that this is compleatly unacceptable. It is a fraud! Any ideas where we can make a complaint?

it's absurd to think it's our fault. we have to play at least 5 months ( to be loyal to bet365) and after that you can change the points. and if you play high enough you can't take/clean all the points for 1 month . so at the end you are loyal customer and for reward they rob you.

Thinking about making the move to William Hill on iPoker but I'm not sure what the rakeback is like here. On raketherake it says 30-58% rb but then when you scroll down on the page it says 20-27% (depending on club points) with the rake race worth an additional 10-15%, so 20-42% overall. So which is it, 30-58% or 20-42%?

Hi,
As soon as I lose internet connection for a nanosecond then Betfair instantly closes all my tables down (I play mtts) . So I am instantly folded in any hands I am involved in . Plus it takes some time for me to find my tourneys and reopen the tables etc

Support told me to try uninstalling and then reinstalling .. (have you tried turning it off and on again basically )

Any ideas ?

Other sites work 100% fine

I have a backup internet also but it takes a few seconds to switch over . Unfortunately in that time Betfair will have closed all my tables

Hey guys, just a few questions.

I am done with f*** Amaya so though i would relocate.
I am playing speed/zoom variants only ranging from 50-200 with most of my volume @100nl with some drunken shots up to 1000nl, usually 4 tabling. Do these games run 24/7? Is it just pure regfest?
Software is terrible i know but i can used to that. Are the cashouts smooth?
I also heard abou some sweet RB deals through the smaller ipoker rooms, like Gala. does anyone have some knowledge about this?
I just have poker as a 2nd source of income so i wont be grinding any huge volumes

Hi, I'm trying to take advantage of the first time 200% depositor bonus on betfair. When I click promotions > welcome pack and then click "claim bonus" in the link below it just opens a white screen, also shown in the picture. I'm wondering if I deposit without clicking the link I get the 200% automatically? Betfair is so ****ing slow to respond

Betfair is suuuuuuuuch a piece of **** software. I try to claim the 200% first deposit bonus but it gives me nothing but a blank screen. I try to solve this problem then get locked out of my account. I try to solve that problem and now it just keeps showing the loading symbol when I enter my email/password in the poker client and then eventually crashes. These incompetent ****s are handling millions of dollars of people's money?
