Do you think villain folds enough better hands to make this river play profitable?

No. I think this is a bad bluff. You don't have any flush blockers. Plus your hand has some showdown value.

on this river you are doing very little raising for value, as you cant have qq, jj u prob squeeze pre (I would think), so I would def make sure when u bluff raise u have diamond blocker. kq with diamond would be v good bluff combo as u block flush, straight, fh and 2 pairs

After seeing your previous posts, I'm assuming your default line in any scenario is to just check/jam the river.

I think that you could consider adding KQo to the bottom of linear squeezing range, especially if V RFI from MP is a bit bigger and he does not fold to 3 bet too often. If his fold to 3 bet is high then your call is ok because you want to have this hand in your calling range and use weaker hands as a bluff. As played, ez c/f River.
