Getting it in "good" has costed me dearly past month

For as long as I can remember getting it in good has costed me most of my stack against these aggressive donkeys. I know in the long run its profitable but my bankroll isn't big enough to take these kind of hits.
Had pocket KK vs AJ of hearts on a queen high board and this guy reraised me all in and turned the flush for 400$ Is there anyway I can avoid this?

No. Play within your bankroll, 20 MIN and that's pretty aggro already, and keep grinding. Literally nothing you can do.
