Hi,
I just sign in in this forum because have bad beat after bad beat.
so I'm just wondering can I use this forum to get a criticism of my hand
history and hope I will improve my game.

Nope. Youre about 4 years late to any constructive analysis done on poker hands.

There is still plenty of analysis but be prepared for people to stick with one line that they will explain. Most of these posts don't consider each street for each action. They all feel (me included sometimes) only one right way to play a poker hand.
But yes it's good. Not as good as it used to be but the poker talk is still helpful. Just include action, stack sizes, positions and some possible reads or conclusion of player from history.
